This course taught by Rev. Karen Lampe, Founder of The Caring Congregation, picks up where the original CCM model of care training left off in the area of caring for others during a crisis. This training covers the three basic responses to a crisis, and the framework for trauma. In this course, Rev Lampe goes into more depth in three crisis & trauma situations pertaining to cancer/chronic illness, infertility/miscarriage, and rape/#metoo. Included free in the content is a digital download of our Care Cards and how these are helpful to pastors and laity when caring for those in crisis.
